An IT Contract Specialist manages the entire lifecycle of contracts related to IT hardware, software, and services. They are responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing vendor performance

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a budget overview of IT services and contracts for International perimeter entities:

• Create one overall IT budget for all entities
• Manage budget vs actuals to ensure we remain within budge

Ensuring all relevant renewals, changes, cancellations are executed in a timely fashion:

• Initiate timely contract renewals
• Check with relevant department requirements like number of licenses
• Check best prices and solutions (research)

Challenging current services and contracts to find optimizations that will benefit the company in better services or pricing:

• Review of existing solutions to see if there are optimization possibilities
• Review of service usage like mobile phone contracts to see if we maintain correctly
• Suggest out of the box improvements
