THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-driven finance professional to join our Operational Finance and Treasury team in Grand Baie. You will play a key role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly — handling client payments, invoice management, refund reconciliation, and audit support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants hands-on exposure to finance operations and institutional client finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and verify the client payment run on a daily and monthly basis
• Identify, allocate, and record refunds received into the business
• Prepare and follow up on client invoices to ensure timely collection
• Liaise with tax offices on outstanding claims and follow up proactively
• Work closely with the Client Debtors and Treasury teams on daily tasks and ad-hoc projects
• Perform financial analyses and investigations as required
• Assist with the annual external audit process
• Special projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced Excel skills advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (as you will be communicating with internal and External stakeholders)
• Interest or experience in Power BI / large data handling 
• Proactive, collaborative, and motivated attitude
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
