Role Description                                                   

We are seeking a full-time HR and Office Manager to join us at our Ebene Office, Mauritius. This role will involve managing day-to-day human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations and engagement, performance management, and implementation of HR policies.  Additional responsibilities include coordinating office logistics, maintaining records and documentation, supporting team development initiatives, and developing new ideas to enhance overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing office operations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proven ability to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of workplace compliance standards and ability to implement policies effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to create and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of HR or operational software is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
