🧩 What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen existing client relationships. You’ll be on the front lines—pitching, following up, and ensuring clients get exactly what they need, when they need it.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Drive B2B sales across hospitality, education, healthcare, and retail pharmacy sectors
  • Present and explain our full product ranges: towels, bedsheets, bathrobes, uniforms, table linen, and para-pharmaceutical goods
  • Identify and onboard new clients: pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, hotels, schools, and more
  • Assist and look after walk-in clients at the showroom
  • Understand customer needs and suggest alternatives when items are unavailable
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and in-person visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., housekeeping managers, procurement officers, pharmacists)
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Share market insights to improve product offerings

Sales Operations & Logistics

  • Prepare invoices and delivery notes
  • Manage and prepare samples for clients
  • Perform regular stock takes
  • Assist and manage production of ready-made goods
  • Assist with preparation production sheets and plans
  • Oversee quality control, count goods, and assist with packing for dispatch
  • Ensure all processes follow internal procedures
  • Prepare orders and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse team
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your manager or supervisor

💼 What You Bring

  • Proven experience in sales—ideally in textiles, FMCG, healthcare, or B2B sectors
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
  • Proactive and go-getter attitude
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide range of clients and decision-makers
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bonus: CRM experience and fluency in other local languages

💰 Compensation

  • Base Salary: Rs 25,000/month (gross) + performance bonus + commission on sales
  • Commission: On invoiced sales to new clients only, including repeat purchases:
