We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Software Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions aligned with our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Odoo framework development, a good understanding of business processes (especially inventory, accounting, and sales), and the ability to translate operational needs into efficient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1.⁠ ⁠Odoo Development & Customization
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community and/or Enterprise).
Build new features and enhance existing functionalities based on business requirements.
Customize core Odoo modules such as:
Sales
Inventory
Accounting
Purchase
Manufacturing (MRP)
Develop custom reports using QWeb and other reporting tools.
2.⁠ ⁠System Integration
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (e.g., POS, e-commerce, payment gateways, logistics systems).
Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external system communication.
Ensure data consistency across systems.
3.⁠ ⁠Database & Performance Optimization
Optimize PostgreSQL queries and database performance.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
Ensure scalability and reliability of the ERP system.
4.⁠ ⁠Business Process Support
Work closely with management and operational teams to understand workflows.
Translate business needs into technical solutions.
Recommend improvements to existing processes using Odoo capabilities.
5.⁠ ⁠Testing & Deployment
Conduct unit testing and debugging of developed features.
Manage module deployment, updates, and version control.
Ensure smooth migration between Odoo versions when required.
6.⁠ ⁠Maintenance & Support
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo users.
Fix bugs and ensure system stability.
Maintain proper documentation of developments and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Odoo development (v12–v17+)
Proficiency in:
Python (core language for Odoo)
PostgreSQL
XML, HTML, CSS
JavaScript (OWL framework is a plus)
Experience with:
Odoo ORM
QWeb reports
Odoo API integrations
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Functional Knowledge (Highly Preferred)
Understanding of ERP workflows:

Manufacturing processes
Experience in trading, retail, or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
