Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 09:00 – 16:00

About Us:
Maison d’Isle is a growing interiors and furniture brand specialising in custom furniture, kitchens, joinery, and décor solutions for private homes and property developments across Mauritius. We are seeking a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to support our daily operations and create a welcoming experience for our clients.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for interiors, and loves maintaining beautiful, well-presented spaces. You don’t need to be a designer, but a good eye for style is important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and assist with enquiries
• Support the sales team with walk-ins and product information
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and basic showroom documentation
• Assist with order processing and delivery coordination
• Maintain product lists, stock records, and showroom information
• Keep the showroom neat, organised, and visually appealing
• Support simple presentations or mood boards when required

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Google Workspace, Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office)
• Friendly, confident, and professional with clients
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Passion for interiors, furniture, and beautiful spaces
• Comfortable working Monday to Saturday in a showroom environment
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, admin, or sales is an advantage
