Customer Care Clerks are expected to create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals.
DUTIES:
- Answer to customer queries regarding product availability, price and delivery schedules
- Contact and interact with clients for their orders and liaise with Sales Representative for clients under their responsibility.
- Follow up on orders and missing products internally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Input clients orders on system in a timely manner for proper order preparation by concerned departments.
- Issue final invoices following data capturing on system and stock availability.
- Report to Supervisor on all customers' complaints on a daily basis
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management
SKILL & REQUIREMENTS:
- SC/HSC Holder
- Customer Oriented Attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in call centres will be an advantage.
- Computer Literate and good knowledge of MS Excel
- Fully Vaccinated
- Able to work on shift system & odd hours (Negotiable/Flexible Hours)
