Sales Associate – Goyco & Dodo Concept Store (Bloom, Mauritius)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Goyco & Dodo Concept Store, located within Bloom in Grand Baie.

Our stores offer a curated selection of fashion, accessories, homeware, and coffee products in a refined and inspiring environment. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for quality, aesthetics, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations
• Maintain excellent product knowledge (fashion, accessories, homeware, coffee)
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Assist with merchandising and restocking
• Handle sales transactions accurately
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

Profile:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills (French & English required)
• Well-presented, with a natural sense of style and attention to detail
• Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, and customer experience
