Coastal Hardware, a premium hardware and lifestyle store in Grand Baie representing top international brands like Eva-Last and Trellidor, is seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Ambassador to join its growing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales, Client Engagement & Project Oversight

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project completion
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors
  • Conduct site assessments and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and homeowners
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate, and convert opportunities into confirmed sales
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues proactively

 

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to targets and budgets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine approach
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and client engagement
  • Plan and manage weekly sales activities including site visits and outreach

 

Product Knowledge & Brand Promotion

  • Build in-depth knowledge of Eva-Last and Trellidor product ranges
  • Train internal teams, agents, and contractors on product features and benefits
  • Represent the brand through:
    • Product demonstrations
    • Trade shows and industry events
    • Marketing initiatives
  • Act as a professional brand ambassador at all times

 

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and project progress
  • Report regularly to management on:
    • Sales activity and forecasts
    • Customer feedback
    • Market insights and opportunities
  • Track performance against KPIs and identify areas for growth

 

General

  • Support the broader team and assist with additional tasks as required

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales and business development experience
  • Ability to manage projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Technical aptitude (construction, building materials, or similar is advantageous)
