We are seeking a reliable Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with plans/specifications
• Manage materials, tools, and site resources efficiently
• Report progress, issues, and updates to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read drawings and plans
• Problem-solving and time management skills
