Job Title: Barista

We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate Baristas for our outlets at Airport, Soflo, Bagatelle, and Grand Baie. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea, in accordance with company standards.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, handling cash and POS transactions accurately, replenishing stock, and ensuring proper display of products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
