The Trainee will assist with the digitization and proper archiving of physical files. The trainee will be responsible for scanning documents, ensuring their quality and completeness, and collaborating with the relevant team members to ensure files are accurately archived and stored.

 

Overview:
The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources department in daily operations. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a degree in Human Resources who are eager to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
    Assist in posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Onboarding:
    Support the onboarding process by preparing documents, coordinating inductions, and helping new employees settle in.
  • Administrative Support:
    Maintain and update employee records, scan and file documents, and ensure HR data is accurate and confidential.
  • Employee Relations:
    Provide basic support to employees, respond to simple HR queries, and assist with staff welfare activities.
  • Reporting & HR Projects:
    Help prepare HR reports and support HR initiatives, events, and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Key Requirements

  • Minimum High School Certificate (HSC).
  • Students studying towards degree are also welcome to apply (Business Management, Management,Finance.)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with scanning equipment and digital file management systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
