To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the smooth and efficient operation of one’s allocated section on a daily basis, as per instructions of the Bar Manager.
Responsibilities
Courteously welcomes, seats or accompanies guests and ensures prompt service
Checks cleanliness and good functioning of furniture, material and equipment
Assists the Bartenders to take orders whenever required
Double checks tray before serving guest to ensure food and beverages items tally with orders
Qualifications
NTC Level 3 in Bar Service or equivalent qualifications
Previous performance
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar position.

Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages
Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as on public holidays
A valid food handlers’ certificate
A clean certificate of character is a must.
