Laboratory Engineer (Geoffroy)
The United Basalt Products Limited is seeking to recruit a passionate and dynamic Laboratory Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Profile 

• Supervise laboratory activities to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with standards.

• Conduct material testing (mechanical, chemical, thermal, durability) and ensure conformity with quality control protocols.

• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately to internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance and ensure proper calibration.

• Provide technical support to production, sales, and quality assurance teams.

• Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Train and mentor laboratory staff on procedures and best practices.

• Maintain ISO standards.

• Education: Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar environment.

• Strong knowledge of building and civil engineering materials.

• Proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis tools.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Eager to learn and self-taught.
