We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Assistant Level 1 to join our Consumer Finance team. In this role, you will support customers throughout their journey, ensuring they receive a positive experience at every step. You will also play an important part in promoting and selling CIM products while ensuring that day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Process customer applications and agreements accurately while ensuring timely follow‑up.
  
• Work closely with colleagues and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  
• Promote and cross‑sell CIM products to meet sales and referral targets.
  
• Manage cash and related transactions efficiently and in line with internal controls.
  
• Respond to customer queries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Ensure that customers receive complete and accurate end‑products and documentation.
  
• Contribute to strong customer service delivery by maintaining a positive and helpful approach.

• Minimum SC qualification.
  
• At least one year of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field (an advantage, not a requirement).
  
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
  
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and solution‑oriented and work under pressure
