About the Role

For the expansion of a new job platform network, we are looking on behalf of a client in Europe for a sales-driven professional who can actively acquire new customers and convince companies to work with us. The focus of this role is the sale of job postings and subscription models on our platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively acquire new customers 
  • Present and sell our job platform to companies 
  • Acquire corporate clients for job advertisements and subscription packages 
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships 
  • Identify new market opportunities and sales potential 
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to contract closure 

Your Profile

  • Experience in sales, customer acquisition, or the sale of services 
  • Strong communication skills and a convincing, professional presence 
  • Enjoy building new customer relationships 
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and proactive working style 
  • Ideally, experience in B2B sales or in the areas of recruiting, job boards, or digital platforms 
  • Languages: Very good English skills and good German skills are mandatory
