- Provide first-level IT support to staff
- Assist with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Support system configuration and basic network tasks
- Help maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Escalate issues when needed and follow up on resolutions
- Background or studies in IT / Computer Science (or related field)
- Solid basic knowledge of hardware and operating systems
