- Oversee expatriate management, including work and residence permit applications, renewals, compliance with immigration requirements, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Lead the timeous renewal process for work and residence permits for expatriate labour.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection of expatriate workers in collaboration with the appointed Recruitment Agent(s).
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with labour laws and immigration procedures.
- Lead the application and renewal of the Lodging and Accommodation Permit for dormitories.
- Manage the dormitories efficiently, in line with the Company’s policies and existing legislation.
- Carry out routine inspections of the dormitories to ensure standards are maintained.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure Safety and Health of occupants at the dormitory.
- Oversee and coordinate all transport logistics related to the movement of expatriate employees.
- Produce reports, notes of meetings, collate statistics related to expatriate labour management.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Lead in any sanitary crisis or other unexpected events.
- Assist the HR Dept with administrative tasks.
