Agriterra is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will oversee daily factory operations and lead teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality sugar production.
Agriterra is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will oversee daily factory operations and lead teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality sugar production.
This shift-based role is ideal for a confident leader who enjoys operational challenges and continuous improvement.
Key Tasks:
- Supervise mills and associated production areas to ensure optimal throughput.
- Lead production teams and coordinate start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions when required.
- Support maintenance planning and plant reliability initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Food Safety standards.
- Prepare and communicate production and shift reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to operational demands.
- Willingness to work shifts and extended hours during crop season.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
- Experience in a factory or process-plant environment will be an advantage.
