ABC BPO Ltd is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of issues.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales, customer surveys, enquiries, debt recovery, and other activities as required by the Company
- Accurately capture and enter new customer information into the system
- Maintain and regularly update customer and prospect databases
- Contact businesses and individuals via telephone in a professional manner
- Provide clear and accurate information on products and services
- Handle customer complaints effectively and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines
- Identify priority issues and escalate them to the relevant department when necessary
- Transfer calls to the appropriate internal resources where required
- Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution
Qualifications & Experience
- School Certificate (SC) or Higher School Certificate (HSC)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role

- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
