The Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes. This role involves working on projects as well as providing technical services such as calibration and troubleshooting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement instrumentation and control systems.
- Manage and execute instrumentation and control projects.
- Identify Project opportunities, Quoting and closing deals.
- Identify Calibration prospects and closing deals.
- Work out procedures for service of equipment.
- Perform system integration and commissioning.
- Prepare and follow-up on quotes sent for instrumentation services.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for all activities.
- Conduct calibration services.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
- Manage technical documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronics/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or above.
- 2 to 5 years of experience would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Instrumentation, control systems and safety practices.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., HART, Fieldbus, Modbus).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, loop diagrams, and technical specifications.
Driving licence would be an advantage
