• Welcome guests promptly and politely as per Hotel standards and procedures.
• Give information to guests on activities and services and provides them appropriate assistance  upon their queries, request and complaints in line with the hotel standards and procedures.
• Organise trips and ticket as per details of flights on behalf of guests and make provision for transfer upon check out.
• Plan the movements of delivery of luggage to / from guests

Profile

• Have a pleasant and outgoing personality
• Fluent in both English and French; a third language will be an advantage
• Be ready to perform odd hours of work
• Dynamic, self-motivated and should possess good leadership and communication skills
• Good negotiating and selling skills, knowledge of current markets
• Must be conversant in computer operations,
• Previous experience in a similar field will be an asset
