To assist customers and sell the Company’s range of products for the following outlets : - Sonia wear Depot (Phoenix) - CFL Depot (Solitude)

• Ensures customers’ accounts are clear before selling
• Promotes and advises on range of products
• Sells and prepares invoices
• Collects and banks money upon sales
• Delivers products such as wine, jars and accessories
• Prepares daily sales report for Accountant
• Listens and attends to customers’ requests and queries
• Answers telephone calls concerning product information
• Promote and advise on our range of products
• Ensures that products are in good selling conditions
• Maintains an adequate inventory level.
• Ensures that products are in good selling conditions.
• Prepares & follow up custom documents for duty free clients
• Updates employees’ gift account
• Prepare quotes upon requests
• Receives and distributes incoming fax
• Filing of invoices/fax
• Orders stationeries and invoices
• Any other duties related to the post and department
