The HACCP Coordinator will be responsible to develop, implement, maintain, and monitor the HACCP food safety system in an organization to ensure that food products are safe for consumption and comply with regulatory and quality standards.
JOB DUTIES:
- Update the HACCP Manual on a regular basis
- Participate in the HACCP Committee and ensure a continuous improvement in the work environment
- Resolve customer complaints within the set time frame; take note of the complaint, collect data, draft findings and action plan to avoid recurrent complaints of the same nature.
- Work in close collaboration with concerned parties for all new product developments
- Maintain and update SKC Database for all new Product Development
- Maintain and update the SKC Reception guidelines for local fresh produce
- Conduct Quality Audit for Processed and Packed Items
- Coordinate with the internal customers and maintain Quality Standard
- Undertake monthly HACCP Survey.
- Organize monthly quality assurance meeting, share Minutes of Meeting and monitor implementation of all actions taken.
- Undertake training sessions on Quality, HACCP, Cold Chain and any other related topics as when and when required.
- Responsible for documenting all the required Quality processes within the Company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & PROFILE:
- BSC in Microbiology/Food/Agri-Science or any other equivalent qualification
- Sound knowledge of the Food Act and HACCP Regulations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position or any other related field.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Attention to details
