Key Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.

• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.

• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.

• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.

• Assist in payroll preparation and other finance-related administrative tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Profile & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and organisational skills.
