Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Service

• Welcome guests and provide orientation of gym facilities and equipment.

• Assist guests with the correct use of fitness equipment.

• Provide personalized fitness advice and workout guidance.

• Conduct individual or group fitness sessions when required.

• 2. Safety and Supervision

  • Ensure guests follow gym safety guidelines and proper exercise techniques.

  • Monitor gym activities to prevent injuries or misuse of equipment.

  • Provide first aid assistance when required and report any incidents.

  3. Equipment Maintenance

  • Ensure all gym equipment is clean, well-maintained, and functioning properly.

  • Report faulty equipment to the relevant department for repair.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the gym area.
