The Parking Operations / Administrative Assistant supports the daily management of parking facilities to ensure smooth operations, efficient space utilisation, and excellent customer service. The role involves supervising parking staff, monitoring operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and liaising with service providers and clients.
Provide high-quality customer service and handle inquiries or complaints.
Oversee daily parking operations and ensure attendants perform assigned duties.
Monitor parking receipts, verify reports, and manage petty cash.
Supervise shuttle services and liaise with service providers.
Prepare parking agreements, maintain documentation, and follow up on payments.
Conduct regular checks of parking areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper supervision.
Supervise parking staff and prepare monthly staff rosters.
Report operational issues and provide feedback to the Head of Department.
Minimum HSC or equivalent.
Diploma in Administration or Business is an advantage.
Experience in administration, customer service, or operations preferred.
Good communication, organisational, and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
