About the role:

As a LeanIX Adoption & Governance Specialist, you will be the connecting force that helps colleagues across SD Worx confidently work with LeanIX. Your role goes far beyond administration: you support users in an approachable, proactive way, build strong relationships with fact sheet owners, and help teams adopt and embrace LeanIX as part of their daily operations.

You will play a central role in maintaining data quality, guiding users, translating business needs into practical LeanIX solutions, and driving continuous improvement of our LeanIX ecosystem. Working as part of the Process Architecture team, you will contribute to documentation, training, governance and cross department alignment, ensuring LeanIX remains a reliable, well understood and widely adopted platform across SD Worx.


Which tasks can you expect?

  • Support LeanIX users in a proactive, approachable and connecting way, ensuring they feel guided and confident when working with LeanIX.

  • Act as a LeanIX administrator and central support contact across SD Worx, providing timely assistance and practical solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with fact sheet owners, helping them understand their responsibilities and supporting them in meeting quality expectations.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on data quality across various LeanIX fact sheet types, ensuring LeanIX remains a reliable single source of truth.

  • Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements within LeanIX and help translate these into concrete actions.

  • Translate business requirements into effective LeanIX configurations or deliverables, ensuring solutions align with organisational needs.

  • Maintain and continuously improve LeanIX documentation, including Loop pages and training materials.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments, fostering alignment, adoption and a shared understanding of LeanIX’s value.

  • Participate actively in the LeanIX Core Team, working with: The LeanIX Product Owner,Enterprise Architects,Process Architects


What do you have to offer?

  • Experience in an international context and comfortable collaborating across countries and cultures.

  • Strong communication skills, both clear and empathetic, with the ability to make complex topics easy to understand. 

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting change management and user adoption.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills: engaging others, building strong relationships and offering structured support.

  • A natural affinity with technology; tech savvy, but not necessarily deeply technical.

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the LeanIX domain.

  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.

  • Mature, reliable and comfortable taking ownership and working independently.

  • Proactive and forward thinking, always a step ahead in anticipating needs.

  • Energised by working with people and skilled at guiding others through change in a positive way.

  • Curious, open and solution oriented, with a genuine desire to help colleagues succeed
