Sales Representative

Are you an exceptional sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets and operating in a high-performing sales team? If so, we want you to join our Outdoor Hunting Team as we cruise on an exciting journey of growth and success.

With a strong presence in the market, we are poised for growth as we want to be closer to our SMES and Corporate Buyers to fuel our expansion, we are looking for a top-notch Salesperson to join our team.

What You'll Do:
As part of our high-performing team, you will:

  1. Lead by Example: Demonstrate top-tier prospecting and sales skills by consistently smashing targets.
  2. Strategic Planning: Craft and execute bold sales strategies to boost unit sales and capture market share.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Aggressively prospect leads, build lasting relationships, and close deals to create loyal Toyota owners, while delivering standout customer satisfaction.
  4. Drive Results: Stay persistent and proactive in chasing new business, with laser focus on hitting high targets and sealing every deal.

Ideal Profile:
To thrive, you bring:

  • Proven sales success, ideally in automotive, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Aggressive prospecting skills that inspire and convert customers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and sharp problem-solving.
  • Higher School Certificate (or equivalent); degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a strong plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in sales software for accurate, real-time data capture.

Salaries commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the selected candidate. Alternative qualifications to the above requirements will also be considered.
