The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support in maintenance of a masterfile for all insurance pertaining to the Company and ensure timelines are adhered to with respect to lease activity.
This position is based in Port-Louis.
Main Duties:
- Maintain a proper Masterfile for all insurances pertaining to the Company's lease book.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for for easy retrieval.
- Process files for archieving and ensure easy retrieval.
- Identify files for registration as per set timelines, manage returned cases and provide regular reports and feedback on lease activity.
- Respond promptly to stakeholders and answer queries from customers.
- Assist the operations team with daily operations.

- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- Dynamic, proactive and attentative to details
Qualifications & Experience:
- HSC
- At least two (2) years' relevant work experience
