We are looking for a Quality Manager Domaine de Bel Ombre & Leisure Cluster to join our team!

 

Overview of the Role πŸ”
The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to the Group Quality and Food Management System across the Bel Ombre business units - including Heritage The Villas, Kaz’alala, Le ChΓ’teau de Bel Ombre, C Beach Club and the golf courses - as well as within the Leisure Cluster, which comprises Le Chamarel Restaurant, Bel Ombre Nature Reserve, Bel Ombre Heliport, World of Seashells and the 7 Coloured Earth.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all products, services and processes comply with quality and food safety standards and regulations. This includes coordinating and conducting quality and food safety audits, collecting and analysing guest feedback, managing corrective and preventive actions, delivering training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities πŸ“‹
β€’ Develop, document and maintain quality and food safety standards, policies, processes and procedures for both DBO and Leisure clusters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand specifications.
β€’ Conduct regular internal audits to monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
β€’ Manage the process for obtaining and maintaining quality and food safety certifications (e.g. HACCP), and other statutory requirements (Food Act) for both food and leisure activities.
β€’ Monitor and analyse guest feedback and customer satisfaction levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
β€’ Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and ensure continuous improvement of quality and food safety for both DBO and leisure activities.
β€’ Drive process efficiency and operational excellence initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reduce waste.
β€’ Foster a culture of learning and innovation, implementing training programs, providing Quality & Food Safety/Hygiene related training and promoting knowledge sharing to enhance quality and food safety awareness and capabilities.
β€’ Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
β€’ Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units.
β€’ Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society.
Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯
β€’ Holder of a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management and/or Quality/Food Safety Management.
β€’ At least 5 years working experience in Quality Management environment at Management level.
β€’ Assertive and good communication skills.
β€’ Demonstrate leadership abilities.
β€’ Initiative driven, dynamic and flexible
β€’ Has an eye for detail to maintain high standards of hospitality service.
β€’ Possess strong acumen to always guarantee respect of SOPs.
β€’ Able to work under pressure.
β€’ Mastery of quality concepts such as Processes, Procedures, Standards, Guest feedback, etc.
β€’ Good analytical and written skills.
β€’ Holder of a valid Driving License is a must.
