Main Duties:
- Coordinate and facilitate the incorporation of local and international corporate structures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulatory, and licensing requirements;
- Manage the end-to-end process for opening local and foreign bank accounts, liaising with banks to ensure smooth onboarding and timely approvals;
- Assist clients with residence permit applications, coordinating with relevant government authorities to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with laws and regulations;
- Maintain regular engagement with service providers, banks, and authorities to stay informed of legislative updates, procedural changes, and market developments;
- Assist the Business Development team by preparing quotations, compliance documentation, and related commercial proposals;
- Assist the Business Development and Marketing teams in preparing fee schedules, client presentations, internal memo, newsletters, and market research reports;
- Conduct market research to support business expansion initiatives ;
- Perform additional commercial and operational duties as assigned by the Senior Manager / Director – Commercial.
Qualifications:
- Holder of a relevant degree in Business Administration /Management/Marketing or any other relevant professional qualification;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and think ahead;
- Comfortable working in a dynamic regulatory environment where procedures may evolve;
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and team spirit.
