About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organisation and support management in strategic financial decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory and internal financial controls. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound financial judgement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organisation’s financial accounts and reporting processes
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management and board committees
• Support the preparation of board and subcommittee financial packs
• Analyse costs, sales performance, and financial results against the business plan
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budget
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded, documented, and reported
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Review and enhance internal controls and management reporting systems
• Oversee payroll-related financial computations and reporting
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes
• Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure company assets are adequately insured
• Support the monitoring of the organisation’s risk management framework
• Lead and develop the Accounts team to provide proactive financial support to the business
• ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification or relevant degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting and/or Financial Analysis
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and business partners
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong numerical and analytical mindset
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders
