• Support sustainability initiatives and promote energy-saving practices.
• Minimize wastage, control breakages, and determine required commodities with Chef de Partie.
• Prepare mise-en-place, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and organize buffet presentation.
• Ensure proper storage, portion control, SOP compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
