One of our client is looking an Administrative Coordinator with experience in telemarketing.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Telemarketing & Lead Generation: Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments.
  • Office Administration: Handling general admin tasks, managing calendars/schedules, and coordinating front-desk reception.
  • Customer Communication: Managing incoming calls, email inquiries and CRM tools to track interactions.
  • Sales Support: Preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • School Certificate. 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Administrative and Telemarketing role.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
