The main purpose of the role is to support the development, maintenance and automation of our data and reporting systems. This is a growth-focused role where you will build strong technical foundations while working alongside experienced data professionals.

The incumbent will report to the Lottery IT Operations Manager and the main duties will be:

Key Role/Responsibilities:

• To assist in developing and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines.
• To perform daily data validation and integrity checks.
• To support database administration and monitoring activities.
• To assist in preparing datasets and reports in Power BI.
• To support the development of DAX measures and calculated fields.
• To write basic Python scrips for data processing and automation.
• To assist in implementing simple automation workflows (i.e Power Automate or similar tools).
• To troubleshoot basic data and reporting issues.
• To maintain proper documentation of processes and workflows.
• To ensure data accuracy and timely availability of reports.
