💼 Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Ebene. As a member of the FJTechlab International development team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions for European clients.

You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications

• Contribute to AI-driven and data-centric projects

• Analyze technical and functional requirements

• Write clean, efficient, and testable code

• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript (React, Node.js, Angular, etc.)

• Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent systems integration

• Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Leadership experience or project ownership is a plus for senior profiles.
