We are seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Trainee to support our marketing team's daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with strong administrative skills, creative flair, and should have a strong penchant for marketing trends.

Duties:

• Conduct follow-up calls post marketing events to ensure client satisfaction and collect improvement insights.
• Create basic visual materials for social media, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing engaging and brand-aligned marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and marketing initiatives.

Skills:

• Help manage logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event support.
• BCom Marketing & Management or Diploma in Marketing
• Certificate in Digital Marketing would be a plus
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the marketing field
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe, FireFly, In-Design or similar tools.
• Extraordinary in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of social media marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organisational abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
