Our client, a high-profile institution in the banking sector is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the CEO, the Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the organisation by providing administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage the CEO's calendar, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Ensure timely and appropriate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting notes.
- Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related tasks.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Handle inquiries and providing information.
Profile:
- Qualification in Secretarial Studies with experience in an administrative role, OR
- Several extensive years of experience in a similar position would also be considered.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
