The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Department in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

 

This role will allow you to continually develop your marketing skills, and there is a lot of scope for professional growth and career progression. Seeing projects through from conception to completion will allow you to hone your skills and build on your experience. You will also develop your knowledge and understanding of all core marketing disciplines and the ability to project manage key marketing strategies and campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Create and schedule posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing and executing trade shows, exhibitions, and company events.
  • Handle logistics, invitations, and post-event feedback collection.
  • Maintain and update the marketing database and contact lists.
  • Assist in managing website updates, SEO, and online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) as part of digital marketing activities.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop – optional).
  • Attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.

 

 

 

Working Conditions:

  • The position is primarily based at our Head Office, based in Port Louis.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers/laptops, phones, photocopiers/printers, etc.
  • Working Hours: Standard schedule:

○        Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:00

○        Saturday: 08:30 - 13:00

○        Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.         

■         To note that the working hours may be updated to adapt to operational requirements.

■         May be required to work Overtime for Events

  • Open to Local Mauritian Residents ONLY
  • Full-Time (No Part-time or Freelance)
