Cuisine Habitat (a subsidiary of the Albert Group), a leading company in the field of kitchen design and interior decoration, is looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join its team (store based at Bagatelle Home & Leisure).

 

Cuisine Habitat (a subsidiary of the Albert Group), a leading company in the field of kitchen design and interior decoration, is looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join its team (store based at Bagatelle Home & Leisure).

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of sales/projects office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, prepare quotes and supports visitors while carrying out administrative duties. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Core Duties:

  • Sales Coordination
  • Customer Service
  • Sales Support:
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and invoices accurately.
  • Manage client inquiries, providing timely responses and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Recording and monitoring of customer payments, including financial follow-up of client files, updating cash flow reports, and tracking all inflows and outflows per project/file.
  • Administrative Support

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Diploma in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (2–5 years).
  • Experience with the interior design & kitchen design is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

 

Working Conditions:

  • The position is primarily based at the showroom reception, with the possibility of working at the Administration Office (Bagatelle) when required.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers/laptops, phones, photocopiers/printers, etc.
  • Working Hours: Standard schedule:

○        Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30

○        Saturday: 09:00 - 15:00

○        Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

(To note that the working hours may be updated to adapt to operational requirements.)
