Our client in the import and export sector is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients on pre and post sales.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to raise revenue.
  • Review client feedback to improve on service delivery.
  • Work with internal sales/Customer service to be more efficient and have the same approach for client engagement.
  • Follow market trends to stay on top of the business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, referrals.
  • Perform daily sales visits.
  • Provide quotations to customers.
  • Request rates from Agents, Co-Loaders, Airlines and Shipping lines.
  • Meet or Exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Profile:

  • HSC with good experience of sales in the Shipping Industry.
  • At least 3+ years' experience in outdoor sales (In Freight Forwarding).
  • Have a valid driving license.
  • Computer literate (systems and office).
  • Good verbal and written communication both English and French.
  • Ability to focus and achieve targets.
  • Good Sales Negotiation Skills.
