Our client in the import and export sector is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients on pre and post sales.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to raise revenue.
- Review client feedback to improve on service delivery.
- Work with internal sales/Customer service to be more efficient and have the same approach for client engagement.
- Follow market trends to stay on top of the business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, referrals.
- Perform daily sales visits.
- Provide quotations to customers.
- Request rates from Agents, Co-Loaders, Airlines and Shipping lines.
- Meet or Exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Profile:
- HSC with good experience of sales in the Shipping Industry.
- At least 3+ years' experience in outdoor sales (In Freight Forwarding).
- Have a valid driving license.
- Computer literate (systems and office).
- Good verbal and written communication both English and French.
- Ability to focus and achieve targets.
- Good Sales Negotiation Skills.
