MedActiv is seeking a Human Capital Coordinator to lead end-to-end recruitment for retail pharmacy roles and support efficient HR operations. You will ensure a smooth employee experience, timely hiring, and consistent policy application while partnering with managers to drive service excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Retail-Focused)

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for retail roles such as Pharmacist, Pharmacy Assistant and more.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms and coordinate high-volume hiring campaigns.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates.
  • Partner closely with managers to ensure timely staffing for frontline operations.
  • Support walk-in recruitments, job fairs and campus outreach initiatives.
  • Collect, analyse and validate data, and prepare monthly KPI reports to support the recruitment and selection function.

 

Human Capital Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management and preparation of HR-related letters.
  • Support payroll inputs by ensuring timely updates on hires, transfers, exits and allowances.
  • Ensure adherence to Human Capital policies and procedures across all retail locations.

 

Employee Support & Store Interaction

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from frontline employees.
  • Support Managers/Leaders with people-related matters and provide guidance on HR processes.
  • Participate in store visits to maintain strong collaboration and visibility.

 

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards on vacancies, turnover and hiring progress.
  • Prepare regular HR operational reports.
  • Suggest improvements to streamline recruitment and HR processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional, reliable and proactive.
