We are looking for Customer Service Officers to join our team supporting UK-based payroll clients. The role is based in Mauritius and requires working UK hours. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly and confidently and takes pride in delivering excellent client service
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for UK payroll clients and employees
Respond to queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
Handle requests related to payroll, payslips and employee data accurately
Work closely with the payroll team to ensure all client issues are resolved promptly
Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-up actions
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation and reporting
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
Strong communication skills with a professional and polite manner
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Willing to work UK hours from Mauritius
