Responsible for the operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of the hotel’s plant rooms and utility systems.
Operate and monitor plant room equipment, including boilers, chillers, pumps, generators, water treatment systems, and compressors.
Conduct routine inspections and record readings for pressure, temperature, and energy consumption.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks as per the maintenance schedule.
Ensure plant rooms are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Assist in breakdown repairs and emergency response situations.
Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and maintenance records.
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Coordinate with engineering supervisors and external contractors when required.
Certificate or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or plant engineering.
Previous experience in plant room operations, preferably in a hotel, resort, or industrial environment.
Basic knowledge of boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and water treatment processes.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
