The HR Intern will support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks across key HR areas. The role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while building practical HR skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication)
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and system updates
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation
Support employee engagement, training, and internal communications initiatives
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and documented
Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate when needed
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, scheduling)
Requirements
Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment practices
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus
High professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and in a team
