JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- To provide day to day support
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents
- Draft letters, reports, memos, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- HSC
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Preference will be given to the vicinity of Flacq
