The Administrative Officer will provide essential administrative and support within a construction environment. The role focuses on managing documentation, coordinating construction-related paperwork, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of projects and the sales team

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

 

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • To provide day to day support
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Draft letters, reports, memos, and presentations
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • HSC
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Preference will be given to the vicinity of Flacq
