The role of the Trainee - Corporate Banking is to provide exceptional customer service to all Corporate Banking Customers and handle all their queries/ requests or concerns ensuring service levels acceptable to the bank.

 

The role of the Trainee - Corporate Banking is to provide exceptional customer service to all Corporate Banking Customers and handle all their queries/ requests or concerns ensuring service levels acceptable to the bank.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customers’ routine enquiries regarding the Bank’s standard tariff, deposit interest rates and general exchange rate information.
  • Deal with customers’ general account queries, arrange inter account transfers and order statements
  • Co-ordinate set up, amendment and cancellation of regular payments instructions
  • Deal with inward and outward payments (including obtaining necessary customer authorities)
  • Communicate with customer in a proper business language and corporate ethics
  • Obtain and action customer requests for International Payment through Trade Finance Department and/or other relevant centers

PREREQUISITES:

  • Minimum SC or any other equivalent qualifications

 SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
