The Store Operator is responsible for the daily operation in store, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of components in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The role requires: maintaining inventory accuracy, traceability, and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, and store components according to procedures
- Prepare and issue components to production based on orders and FIFO/FEFO rules
- · Maintain accurate inventory records in Sage X3
- · Perform cycle counts and support periodic stock audits
- · Report discrepancies, damages, or nonconformities promptly
- · Keep the store area organized, clean, and audit-ready
Key Qualifications and Skills
- · Experience in warehouse/store operations Basic understanding of inventory control and traceability
- · Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- · Basic computer/ERP skills. (Operations in store by scanning)
Eligibility Criteria
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift
- Educational Level: SC
- 1—2 years experience in a store department/environment would be an advantage
