In this key role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer interactions. You’ll handle a variety of requests, including complex cases, and support our users with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, web…).
- Handling complex situations and providing personalized follow-up.
- Ensuring a smooth, positive, and memorable customer experience.
- Managing escalations and contributing to their resolution.
- Supporting and guiding new team members.
- Participating in high-value tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Managing a customer portfolio and delivering first-level support.
